Por lo tanto, os escribo para pediros, por favor, ayuda y soporte técnico. Este hecho implica que la única manera de instalar Windows 7 es a través de un puerto USB. Así mismo, la instalación del sistema operativo no puede continuar porque Windows 7 echa en falta unos drivers.Įl problema principal es que este modelo de portátil no tiene unidad óptica de CD/DVD y todos sus puertos USB son 3.0 y 3.1 C - Thunderbolt 3. Aparentemente,los puertos USB 3.0 dejan de funcionar (el ratón USB parece desconectarse). La instalación de Windows 7 se queda a la espera de algunos drivers que no sé dónde están ni cómo puedo conseguirlos. Cuando intento instalar Windows 7 de un pen drive USB booteable en el modo LEGACY en la BIOS, Windows 7 no reconoce el USB o SSD. Sin embargo, compré este portátil para usarlo con Windows 7, más que nada porque mi trabajo así lo requiere.
